Application Of Redis Distributed Cache In Automatic Meter Reading System

With the gradual development of water supply company,the scientific and effective management of urban water has becoming more and more concerned by water supply company.The remote intelligent reading meter integrates several functions such as water data collection,water fee settlement,and water supply equipment management,which can not only reduce error of manual note,but also effectively manage water use That machine increase efficiency of water use in urban.With long-term accumulation of water data in remote intelligent reading machine,it becomes slow in database querying of the background and the response of users.This is a one of common problems that massive data must result on it in the application of information system.According to those problem,the current mainstream Redis cache technology is introduced.Based on the Redis cache,it is proposed that the distributed cache effectively applies to the remote smart reading meter.Based on the analysis of the data characteristics of the smart reading meter,this scheme saves data information of the hot water meter is saved in distributed cache system,which is new mode of remote smart reading meter about Redis distributed cache.The paper treats the high quality Redis non-relational database as cache of the remote intelligent reading meter.Hash algorithm Murmur make the load of distributed caching system balance,and the Zookeeper cluster management tool is used to manage the Redis cluster,which provides highly available intelligent meter.The caching mechanism reduce interactions between system and database,which eases database pressure of handling a lots of requests.So requests of system are also quickly responded,improving system performance and user experience.Throughput,wait time,and processing time of the system is compared before and after,it is a conclusion that the application of Redis distributed cache technology not only improves the throughput of the remote smart reading meter,but also reduces time users wait.Distributed cache technology meets the needs of remote intelligent reading meter and improves user experience.
