With the development of automotive industry,automobiles are becoming more energyefficient,electronic,and lightweight.Steering systems,as an important component of automobiles,have an important influence on the stability and stability of automobiles.Electric power steering systems rely on them as vehicles.The steering stability,lightness and road sensation characteristics brought by steering are gradually becoming one of the research hotspots of the steering system.This paper uses dSPACE software and MATLAB/Simulink to carry out simulation research on the EPS control strategy of hybrid passenger cars.The development and testing of EPS systems are of great significance.The paper uses dSPACE's Model-Desk software to match and optimize the parameters of each subsystem of the target vehicle model,and establishes the snake-shaped pile-spin test required for simulation in the Model-Desk according to GBT 6323-2014 Vehicle Handling Stability Test Method.,8-character test path diagram,and corresponding driving strategies such as steering wheel angle step and angular pulse;based on the analysis of bench test data,the traditional curve control method was changed in the control strategy of power steering,and the curve was adopted.-The method of combination of broken lines and assisted forces,set up the threshold for assisting the binding points,and added fuzzy PID control to the control mode to further improve the accuracy and stability of the system control.The paper used the SCALEXIO test system to establish the control software in the host computer Control-Desk.The real-time control interface was simulated by the upper computer software,such as serpentine test,8-character,steering wheel angle step,and triangular pulse.According to "QC/T 480-1999 Vehicle Handling Stability Index Limits and Evaluation Methods" Conducted stability,...
