This thesis is to analyze the production logistics system in the logistics business in the materials circulation of Shanghai YingFeng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd to meet the requirements of flexibl production. The problem is how to transport the materials in a limited site reasonably, and design the arrangement of parts on some workshop section station. And its purpose is to shorten the operation time and decrease the amount of labor. The applications and operations of reactance assembly production line is discussed from the concept of production logistics and the combination of domestic and foreign situation.1) The administration functions,such as production dispatching,quality control,device accidents analysis,report in net, are carried out in a uniform flatform.The application of a uniform data base and the connection in internet can provide a service in workshop management for production department,quality check department, technology department and logistics department. The system cancels information single island by emphasizing the entirety and real-time of production procedure.2) The industrialization was led by informatization.The precise production of operation was realized and the production and administration system was enhanced by the help of informatization means.The qualities of electric reactors were enhanced by planning production and advancing delivery date, and the production of traceability was required strictly. The economic developing modes were changed, and the efficiency was increased. The human resources structures were also optimized. The increasing in informatization level enhanced the core competitive power of YingFeng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.The reactor section as a typical section was selected to design and optimize the logistics system. Combining with the specific conditions of different station logistics, optimizing production, product quality control and improving the efficiency were carried out.
