Study On The Disposition Standard Of Public Service Facilities In Counties And Towns In Guanzhong Region Of Shaanxi Province

The allocation of public service facilities in residential areas is closely related to the living standards and public interests of residents.Public service facilities are an important part of residential area construction,providing convenience and guarantee for residents' daily life.With the continuous development of economy and society,the allocation of public service facilities in residential areas has changed greatly,and so is urban development.In the administrative level,the town is between the city and the countryside,and in the social development,it is the bridge and the key to connect the city and the countryside.The existing county towns have no completely applicable configuration index system,and the configuration of the facilities is basically in a state of confusion.Therefore,the research on the allocation of public service facilities in urban and rural residential areas should be taken seriously.Taking Guanzhong County as an example,this paper studies the allocation standard of public service facilities in residential areas.Through the study of the economy,geography and population of the county towns in Guanzhong area,eight typical counties were selected to conduct a detailed investigation,and 88 new residential areas in the typical county towns were selected to investigate the new residential areas in 2000.The distribution and characteristics of the public service facilities in the counties and towns in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province were analyzed.In order to provide some reference and reference for the allocation of public service facilities in the county towns and the future standard analysis and research,the standard system for the allocation of public service facilities suitable for local development is studied.The study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly discusses the background,concept,research object,purpose and significance,research framework and related theoretical research both at home and abroad.The second chapter is about the present situation and analysis of public service facilities in Guanzhong county.Through the analysis of the functions,development characteristics and administrative management of the county city,the present situation of the allocation of public service facilities in the county city is investigated and studied,and the status,characteristics and problems of the present situation are summarized.The third chapter is about the present situation of the allocation of public service facilities in counties and towns.This paper analyzes the development of the county residential area,selects typical residential areas,analyzes the status of the allocation of public service facilities in residential areas,and summarizes the characteristics and problems of the status allocation.The fourth chapter analyzes the factors affecting the allocation of public service facilities in residential areas.Through the analysis of the development process of the previous allocation standard,the influence factors and the development trend of the public service facilities allocation in the residential area are analyzed in the light of the status of the status of the county residential district in Guanzhong area.The fifth chapter is the construction of the standard system of residential public service facilities allocation.Based on the previous research and the method of setting up the allocation standard,the classification,classification and facilities index system of the allocation of public service facilities in counties and towns are constructed.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.The conclusions,shortcomings and prospects of this paper are pointed out.
