As one of the key parts of railway vehicles,the operation quality of bearings is directly related to the safety of vehicles.Therefore,it is important to carry out the regular maintenance for railway freight cars bearing and the Railway Corporation has drafted a series of technical standards for bearing overhaul.In the process of bearing overhaul,the sealing cover of the bearing must be disassembled by special disassembling equipment.Because of the limitations of the railway industry,it is difficult to find the information on disassembling bearing seal cover.Therefore,this design on the basis of other seal cover disassembling equipment at home,according to the bearing general maintenance process used by the railway vehicle bearing,improved the disassembly process of 353130 B bearing seal cover.The designed equipment could speed up the disassembling of the sealing cover,improve the efficiency of the maintenance of the bearing,ensure the fluency of the 353130 B bearing repairing process and improve the quality of bearing maintenance.First of all,the research determined the equipment design on the basis of the existing research data.Two design schemes were presented,and we carried out the detailed design of the two schemes.Then calculated the disassembly force required to disassemble the seal cover.The output force and the model of each cylinder were calculated according to the calculated disassembly force.Then we improved the design scheme according to the size of each cylinder and other structures.Then,in the CATIA software,the structure of the equipment was accurately modeled,assembled,and verified the practicability of the design schemes.At last,the semi-automatic disassembly scheme was manufactured and assembled and tested run.Analyzing the strength of the fixture and seal cover on the ANSYS Workbench software platform for the Fully automatic disassembly scheme.According to the analysis result,we obtained the location of the stress,deformation of the fixture and the sealing cover,and founded the dangerous area of the structure.In addition,for the full automatic disassembly scheme has obtained a patent of utility model,and the patent number is ZL201620518494.7.The power system of the seal disassembly equipment is driven by the cylinder.The semiautomatic design scheme has the advantages of compact structure,reliable positioning of the disassembly fixture,and the sealing cover of the bearing can be disassembled at a faster speed.The fully automatic disassembly scheme has a special raceway,the bearings are fed up and take out in a rolling way,and all the actions can be automated except it.The designed equipment has the advantages of unique disassembly mode,high removal efficiency,easy disassembly and operation,and has good application prospect and development potential.
