Research On The Renovation Design Of Old City Public Buildings Under The Background Of Urban Refurbishment

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid progress of the urbanization process in China,the scale of the city has been expanding,but the contrast between the urban new area and the old area is becoming more and more obvious.The old city is subject to many objective factors,and the contradictions in the process of its development and renewal are more complex,such as the complexity of the renewal of the old city,the one-sided pursuit of economic benefits and the destruction of the traditional features of the city.Against this background,the central city working conference in 2015 clearly put forward the concept of "urban patching" to meet the new requirements of urban transformation.After Sanya became the first pilot city,the Ministry of housing and construction listed the 19 cities of Nanjing as the second pilot cities in 2017,and asked the pilot cities to learn the practical experience of Sanya and to complete the implementation plan.As an important part of urban renovation,the renovation of public buildings in old urban areas has also received more attention.The first chapter of the thesis,through the literature study,defines the scope and related concepts of the renewal and renovation of the old urban public buildings under the background of urban repair.The second chapter,from the perspective of comprehensive comparative analysis,summarizes the new and reformed design in this context through the investigation of the cases of the renovation and renovation of outstanding public buildings.The third chapter,combining with the interpretation of urban repair,clarifies the difference between the renewal and transformation of public buildings under the background of urban repair,and puts forward the principles of renewal and reform and the strategy of the overall evaluation and positioning,and concludes four kinds of renewal and modification methods for the common buildings.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the analysis and summary of the theory and practice mentioned above,takes the engineering practice of the author as an example to practice and test these design strategies and methods;the fifth chapter summarizes the views and innovation points of the full text,and points out the development direction of the follow-up research.
