With the development of artificial intelligence technology,the manufacturing industry has brought new direction of development,the traditional enterprise production mode from large batch production to multi variety,small batch,product process complex discrete manufacturing transformation.In the process of production process of discrete manufacturing workshop,the working condition is complex and the random disturbance factor is many,which can easily lead to the failure of the manufacturing resource,which affects the normal execution of the production operation plan,which makes the stability of the manufacturing process of the manufacturing workshop down and restricts the lean production of the enterprise.Therefore,how to evaluate the influence of fault resources and its impact on the stability of production process has become the key to production management in manufacturing workshop.This paper,taking the manufacturing process of manufacturing workshop as the background,aims at the deficiency of the existing fault resource evaluation methods,analyzes the relationship between the basic elements in the production process,and combines the complex network as a new perspective to evaluate and analyze,deeply study the propagation mechanism of the resource failure,construct the disturbance propagation model,and objectively analyze it.The impact of the barrier resources on the stability of the production process.In the process of research,based on the method of network analysis,the static evaluation of the fault resources and the influence of the fault resources are analyzed.Then the dynamic evaluation of the fault resources is carried out based on the dynamic model of the resource fault propagation,and the effects of the fault resources on the stability of the production process are analyzed.The specific research work is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of manufacturing process in manufacturing workshop,the relationship between the basic production factors is analyzed.The production network model of manufacturing workshop is constructed by introducing the complex network theory,and the statistical characteristics of production network and the topological characteristics of the manufacturing properties are analyzed.(2)In view of the shortcomings of the existing evaluation methods of fault resources,such as the severity of the isolated analysis of resource failures in isolation between the coupling relationship between resources,this paper constructs the index system of the impact assessment of the fault resources based on the manufacturing properties of resources and the properties of the production network,and comprehensively evaluates the results based on the improved network analytic hierarchy process.The size of the barrier resources.(3)There are many random disturbance factors in the manufacturing process of manufacturing workshop,classify the random disturbance factors and analyze the characteristics of the resource malfunction caused by the disturbance,and quantify the severity of the resource fault with the time deviation of the processing task on the resource.Based on the evolution of the disaster spread model,the process of resource task time deviation is analyzed.Based on the self-repair of resources,the path of deviation propagation and the random disturbance,the dynamic model of the time deviation of resource task is constructed.(4)The information entropy is introduced to measure the influence of the propagation of resource failure on the stability of the production process,analyze the effect of the time deviation of the task caused by the resources on the different resources,identify the key fault transmission resources,and have important reference significance for the research on the dynamic scheduling optimization of the production process.
