| Hebei port group is a large state-owned port enterprise in Hebei province.It belongs to traditional transportation enterprises.In the context of the current "Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei" integration and the "supply side" reform,the port enterprises,represented by the Hebei port group,face a severe challenge to the production capacity and the transformation and upgrading.At the same time,due to the macroeconomic impact and the rapid deterioration of the competitive environment in the surrounding port industry,the throughput of Hebei port group declined sharply in 2016,and the industrial structural contradiction was prominent.Although the port industry was warm in 2017,in the long run,the traditional business was unable to support the rapid and sustainable development of the group,the port of Hebei.The group should be vigilant in peace and danger,accurately judge the threat and opportunity that the external environment will bring to the enterprise,and make a new adjustment to the development strategy of the enterprise.Under this background,this paper analyzes the external macro environment and the development trend of port industry in Hebei port group,and analyzes the competition structure of Hebei port group by Potter "five forces" model,and accurately determines the key opportunities and threats.At the same time,this paper analyzes the internal environment of Hebei port group and identifies the key strengths and weaknesses of the group.Based on the above analysis,we further carry out SWOT analysis.Based on this,we put forward the vision,mission and development strategy of Hebei port group.Finally,this paper proposes a guarantee system to ensure effective implementation of the strategy,so as to ensure the effective implementation and implementation of the development strategy.The research in this paper can be a reference for the adjustment of Hebei port group’s development strategy and the transformation and upgrading of port enterprises.First of all,this paper uses scientific strategic management theory and tools to analyze the internal and external environment in detail and determine the key strategic problems that the enterprise faces in the future for a long period of time.Secondly,when formulating strategy,we can combine theory with practice to help Hebei port group improve its strategic management level.Third,the strategic guarantee system proposed in this paper will help Hebei port group to develop its strategy.The research in this paper not only has reference value for Hebei port group,but also provides some reference for traditional port enterprises transformation and upgrading. |
