With the accelerated process of urbanization in China, the demand for travel in medium cities has increased dramatically, and its limited road resources have made the problem of traffic congestion in medium cities increasingly serious.Rail transit has also become an effective way to solve the problem of traffic congestion in medium-sized cities. But the medium-sized city rail transit lines are limited, the layout of its transport bus lines,is to improve the medium-sized city passenger transport capacity is one of the more scientific methods. It is of great significance to realize the optimization of both the rail transit and the conventional bus, which is the benefit of both the passenger and the bus enterprise and the optimization of the bus network of the medium city rail transit.Firstly,it analyzes the basic theory of functional location and traffic characteristics of rail transit transportation bus.Secondly, through the analysis and summarization of the passenger travel cost, the marginal travel distance model based on the minimum travel cost is established.Thirdly, the paper analyzes the relationship between the traffic travel and the transportation function of the rail transit system.Passenger and bus companies, the establishment of a passenger travel time based on the minimum cost of the largest cost of public transport enterprises in the medium-sized urban rail transit transport bus network optimization model;Fourth, through the use of genetic algorithms to optimize the model,And through the example to verify the correctness and practicality of the model; Finally,Dongguan as a typical representative of the medium city, its rail transit on the 2nd line of a case study. There are differences between different variables and different cities in different times, taking into account the interests of passengers and bus companies, and provide theoretical guidance for scientific decision-making of network optimization.
