| Usually multiple parties will be involved to jointly set up implementation team for large-scale projects,but because the enterprise culture and the conflict of interests of different interface due to some factors such as the knowledge required to have communication and exchange in the party,sometime it will cause the knowledge content waste.How to realize the effective sharing of knowledge in the process of project implementation,to maximize the value of the use of knowledge is particularly important.LYSH company as the research object,the theory of knowledge sharing and project general contracting project construction,trying to realize the knowledge in the whole,all fields,the participation of the high efficient sharing.This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of the general contracting model of LYSH company,analyzes the connotation of project knowledge sharing,and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of introducing knowledge sharing into the project.Secondly,it researches and analyzes the three models of knowledge sharing for the LYSH company general contracting project:knowledge sharing between the individual of project team,between the internal project teams,between the project external teams.Then,it constructs the technical support system including the project information sharing platform,the project knowledge map,the project knowledge base and so on.Finally,it constructs the project knowledge management system,then cultivates team culture and encourages team members to ensure the collection and sharing of all kinds of knowledge,and sets up incentive mechanism to promote knowledge full sharing in the project process.Knowledge sharing is the inherent requirement of engineering project construction,and it is the innovative use of knowledge management theory in the project.The research results have certain value for the high efficiency construction of large projects. |
