This paper takes the jurisdiction of Guang'anmenwai Sub-district in Xicheng District of Beijing as the research object,and establishes the micro-public space update and optimization system in the general built-up area of the Capital Core Area.Firstly,through the induction of drawings and data,the status quo is evaluated,and the regional characteristics and status quo are analyzed and summarized,and the enlightenment applicable to the general built-up areas in the core area of Beijing Capital is derived.Secondly,the micro-public space classification system under the control of multiple influencing factors is constructed,which mainly includes the selection process of the influencing factors and the construction process of the classification system,and sorts and forms the system according to the classification results.Finally,starting from the macro,meso and micro levels,the micro-public space update optimization strategy is proposed.The macro level is the system optimization strategy,which is expressed in the spatial layout.The order and steps of the overall update and transformation are determined according to the service scope.The middle level is the classification optimization strategy,which is expressed in the update method,and the micro public space classification system constructed for the article.The existing available micro-public spaces are classified and guided,and the principles and control conditions for different types of space renewal are proposed.The micro-level is the design factor optimization strategy,which is expressed in the specific design,and the micro-public space design elements are divided into The classification is controlled and guided.Through three levels of research,the author attempts to initially explore the universal micro-public space update and optimization system for the general built-up areas in the core area of Beijing Capital and even other large cities,and provide theoretical basis and practical methods for the related research of urban renewal.
