In two industrial revolutions,driven by human gradually change our mode of production,nature can not hinder the pace of The Times,also rapid expansion of urban development,factories have sprung up with continuously,then the human civilization like the stars shine on the earth,with the passage of time,the rise of the country,the science and technology progress,makes the once completely change human destiny,bearing the weight of the building of human history and the survival certificate is forgotten.Now after our country most of the development of the city has entered the industrial age,with the requirements of city planning,material development and the demands of the cultural spirit of desire,there are many old industrial buildings demolished removed,there is also a part of the industrial building operation or still be reused after become historic buildings with new service functions.As an important industrial city in China,Harbin is also facing the test of the changing times.Harbin used to have many industrial buildings in the city's industrial structure adjustment,the transformation of economic structure will also be many historical value significance under the old industrial buildings are destroyed,and now Harbin need to inject new vitality to the city's thriving economy,people's spiritual needs more and more is also high,therefore,the reuse of the industrial building appropriate can satisfy the requirements of the above,thus promote the business,tourism and cultural development of the city.Although most of the industrial buildings have a lot of pollution to the surrounding environment,they are tall in shape and form with internal and external space,easy to transform and design,suitable for the characteristics of sustainable development design,and rich in spiritual space and historical and cultural value of a building.However,research on the reuse of the industrial architecture in China at present is still in its infancy,how to modify the buildings and the development direction became a topic worthy of discussion,the author through to the Harbin industrial buildings and a detailed study of domestic cases and combining with the characteristics of our country and even the Harbin local characteristics are studied,so as to sort out a positive development and help Harbin city,reuse of old industrial building design research in the future.Starting from the historical development of Harbin,the author studies the current situation,distribution,problems and solutions of Harbin industrial architecture step by step.Combined with the investigation data of Harbin industrial building,the space planning and material color research of the building are studied in detail.Finally,the value judgment of Harbin's industrial buildings is studied,and the functional transformation mode of Harbin's industrial buildings is classified and discussed.Combined with the previous research content,Suggestions on the reuse design of industrial buildings are put forward.
