In the great environment of the rapid development of the international economy,the inland transportation has also experienced the containerization and the development of multimodal transportation.Dry port,as an important way to extend the function of port to the inland area,has gradually become a significant part of the global logistics and transportation system.In 1990 s,the dry port in China began to develop rapidly.The construction of the dry port and its transport network has effectively relieved the port pressure and promoted the rapid development of the inland hinterland economy.As for the current situation of the dry port in China,the large-scale construction of the dry port has played a role,but there are also some problems such as the excess capacity of the dry port and the low transport efficiency.The scientific location of the dry port has become an urgent issue to be solved in the transportation field.In this context,this paper studies the problem of the location of the dry port on the basis of summarizing the relevant domestic and foreign research.Firstly,this thesis elaborates the fundamental theory of dry port and dry port location,and analyzes the factors influencing the location decision of dry port.Considering that dry port construction requires a large amount of money,experiences a long time and occupies many social resources,this thesis identifies the risks of locating dry ports in the process of location optimization,constructs a risk evaluation index system of dry port location,establishes risk measure model of dry port location based on the fuzzy analytic network process(F-ANP)according to the relationships between index and index,and finally calculates the risk value of dry port location.In this paper,the risk loss penalty factor is introduced to change the risk value of the alternative waterless port into the risk cost.And then a model of dry port location is set up,considering the construction cost,transportation cost,storage cost,time cost and external cost and risk cost,and presents the design of the genetic algorithm.In the end,the Northeast China Economic Zone is taken as an example to analyze the container transportation demand of each city in the economic zone.According to the actual situation of Northeast Economic Zone in China,the alternative dry ports are selected and the risk evaluation model proposed in this paper is used to evaluate the risk of dry ports for the Chinese case.The capacity of the existing dry ports and the selection of the capacity of potential dry port are both considered in the location process.The model is solved using the genetic algorithm model.
