| Project schedule management is an important part of project management,which is to ensure that the project within the specified date and a certain amount of cost.Therefore,a reasonable schedule and effective progress control is an important part of the schedule management,planning and control will determine the success of the project.A project is an important refined oil pipeline,which will suffer the constraints of time and resources in order to put into operation as soon as possible.Traditional schedule management method(Critical Path Method and PERT)without considering resource constraints,while critical chain make up for these deficiencies.It provides a method reference for A project management.Based on the above background,natural and social environment of A project construction is analyzed combing status quo and literature of project management.Factors which affect A project schedule management are pointed out and a basic model of project management is established.Gray theory is used to determine the duration of each activity and critical chain is used to identify key chain and set buffer.Then optimize the critical path of the A project from two aspects of resources and time constraints and propose safeguard measures of A project schedule management. |
