In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the weapon plug-in equipment of a series of military aircraft,the maintenance staff need to test the electrical performance of the weapon plug-in device.Aiming at the problems such as single detection function,unstable performance,low detection efficiency and non-common testing resources of the testing equipment of a weapon in a certain factory,this paper,based on the theory of automatic testing system,developed a series of aircraft's weapon plug-in electrical Performance comprehensive test bed.The detection equipment has many advantages,such as versatility,serialization and scalability.It makes up for the lack of traditional detection equipment,greatly improving the maintenance efficiency of the weapon plug-in device,so it has important military and economic benefits.This paper,based on the common framework of automatic test system,built an integrated test bed hardware platform with industrial control machine as the core.Based on the VC ++ 6.0development tools,a series of comprehensive testing softwares for the electrical performance of aircraft plugin devices have been developed.Through ISA bus and USB bus,IPC for the adapter,all kinds of power supply equipment,various types of measuring instruments and effective control.Industrial control machine through the ISA bus,USB bus,effective control adapter(containing more than one homemade function board),all kinds of power supply equipment and various types of measuring instruments.The thesis mainly completed the following work:1 ? This paper systematically elaborated the automatic test system test theory,completed the overall plan design of the comprehensive test bed based on the test requirements of various types of weapon plug-in devices of this series of aircraft.Then,this paper introduces the development of the comprehensive test bed from both hardware and software aspects,proposes the software and hardware module development plan,and describes each module.2 ? Based on the comprehensive test bed hardware framework described above,this paper completed the selection of the key components of the test bed(Including DC power,AC power,digital multimeter,electronic load,IPC,monitors and test cables)and the design of various functional boards(Including ISA bus communication board,adapter backplane,HI switch board,LO switch board,conditional instruction and load board,pulse board).3 ? Based on the integrated test bed software framework described above,in the Windows7 development environment,this paper developed a test software driver module,function module andtest module program layer by layer with VC ++ 6.0 MFC development tools.Through the ISA bus and the USB bus,test software control function boards and program-controlled devices,so as to achieve the coordination of various functional modules and efficient operation.4?Based on the hardware platform of comprehensive test bed and the developed test software,the paper verifies the overall performance of the integrated test bed by joint debugging with 14 different types of weapon plug-in devices of a certain type of aircraft,and verify the overall test performance of the comprehensive test bed.An example of weapon plug-in verification results.The experimental results show that each module of the test bench is stable and reliable,and can meet the functional requirements and technical specifications of various tests of various types of weapon plug-in devices.Because of the flexibility of hardware design and the openness of software design,the comprehensive test bed developed in this paper has strong scalability,not only to meet the test requirements of the electrical performance of various types of weapon plug-in devices of aircraft,but also can meet other series of aircraft weapon plug-in devices by increase Test the cable system and expand the test software.
