| With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,the demand for electric motors in manufacturing industry continues to increase.As an important power equipment in manufacturing industry,the asynchronous motor needs to go through a series of tests before leaving the factory.Asynchronous motor manufacturers put forward higher requirements for delivery test while increasing the motor output.In this paper,a comprehensive test system of asynchronous motors with dual test stations was proposed,covering a number of test contents in the electrical safety test and performance test of the delivery test.Standard test mode and automatic test mode were designed in the test system.The test system could be used for both electrical safety test and performance test.This system was suitable for single-phase asynchronous motors and three-phase asynchronous motors.The main research contents of this article includes the following parts:(1)The test contents of the system was determined according to enterprise requirements,national standards and machinery industry standards,and the test methods and principles were analyzed.(2)Multiple functional modules were designed independently based on STM32 microcontrollers,including DC resistance test module,insulation resistance test module,inter-turn withstanding voltage test module and relay control module.The power frequency withstanding voltage test module,locked rotor test module and no-load test module were designed by test equipment and monitoring instruments.The relays and contactors were used as changeover switches to connect various functional modules with motors,and the hardware test platform was established.(3)The microcontroller software programs and the upper computer LabVIEW operation software interface were programmed.The user-defined communication protocol and Modbus-RTU communication protocol were used by the upper computer software to control lower computer hardware through the serial port.Test data was also collected through the serial port and automatically saved in Access database.(4)After debugging was completed,a three-phase asynchronous motor was tested by the system.The experimental results showed that all test modules could meet the test requirements under the control of the upper computer software.Among them,the relative measurement error of the resistance measurement of the DC resistance test module and the insulation resistance test module were less than 0.5%and 10%,respectively.The relative measurement error of the inductance measurement of the turn-to-turn voltage withstanding test module was less than 3%.The measurement repeatability of each module was good. |
