Construct And Research On Work Breakdown Structure Model Of Engineering Project Based On Immunization

Coupled with more and more enterprises taking multi-project as their operational model, the environment and problems that multi-project management faces have taken fundamental change, which makes WBS of project have becoming more and more important in project management and the technology of generating WBS automatically have being formed. This paper proposed a new method of WBS based on group project which can respond to customer’s need dynamically after the analysis of the environment of multi-project management, in order to make the enterprises respond to customer’s need quickly based on past projects. On the sametime, according to the thought of Agile manufacturing and GBOM in manufacture, a new method of rapid generation of WBS should be designed in order to respond to customer’s project need quickly by operational model based on project group replacing traditional WBS model step by step.According to the thought of GBOM, this paper introduced GWBS to describe one group of project, proposed a model of GWBS, and implemented packaging and using the class on the basis of the relation among work. As a result, it can reduce the redundancy of WBS data description and generate WBS rapidly and accurately.This paper also studyed the good mechanism of biological immuse which can be used in project management, proposed introduction of the immunity in the project management work breakdown structure, which made the WBS model respond to customer’s need rapidly with immune function. This research result enrichs the content of project management more or less, and also gives some practical suggestions in project planning, resource allocation and project cost management.At last, using Visual C++language programming to decompose WBS, it can gain accurate and necerassy WBS structure and related information through the input of customer’s need and logic information. The simulation result suggests that GWBS model based on immuse can generate WBS rapidly to satisfy customer’s needs.
