Informationization project the whole process of contract management is the necessary management means and methods in the project management and must have the relevant functional departments and the owner party's participation,also required to perform the contract obligations of the contractor to participate in to ensure the implementation of projects for the purpose of the contract part,also can prevent from the source to eliminate the subcontractor contract risk.The contract management of the project has complexity and comprehensiveness.The success or failure of the management contract will affect the normal realization of the contract objectives.In order to adapt to the social and economic development of the environment,but also to keep up with the pace of international competition,the contract management requirements are becoming more and more stringent.Compared with the international management level,the project contract management method has been improved and updated day by day,but the current management level still lags behind.Therefore,we should pay attention to these deficiencies and strengthen the research on project contract management,because these deficiencies may hinder the economic development of our country and have a negative impact on the construction unit.This paper gives a detailed description and introduction of the characteristics and management methods of informatization project contracts.The importance of contract management to project management and the relationship between several main factors and contract are emphasized.The specific factors are cost,quality and schedule.Based on the contract management theory,this paper takes the Y campus informatization project as a case to analyze the contract relationships involved in the general contract of the project,classify the contracts involved in the project,and sort out the corresponding contracts through WBS task decomposition.In the project contract management phase of the problem mining,mainly used the form of interviews to visit the research company departments,based on the contract management theory,designed a questionnaire survey template for the company's contract management problems.The company did not establish a perfect multi-department joint examination mechanism at the stage of contract conclusion,did not have a perfect management system at the stage of contract performance,did not clearly specify the construction period and claim information in the contract,and did not have a standardized operation process when the contract was changed.In view of the above problems,countermeasures and personal Suggestions are made respectively.For example,Y campus informatization project should make full preparations for the contract conclusion stage,carefully review and improve the contract content;Y.During the contract performance stage of campus informatization project,it is necessary to improve the contract performance management system,control the risks in the contract performance stage,and reasonably divide the responsibilities of contract disclosure.In the contract control stage of Y campus informatization project,the contract modification and claim system should be improved,and contract supervision and control management should be strengthened.In the contract closing stage of Y campus informatization project,centralized archiving management and modern information technology archiving management contract measures should be taken.This paper makes a modest effort to improve the company's contract management system,and also provides reference for similar companies in improving the project contract management system..
