Study On The Construction Model Of Rural Township In Xi’an City

Xi’an folk houses are of great regional adaptability and cultural vitality.Under the background of the development of urbanization,the rural areas in Xi’an are facing many challenges,especially with the popularization of modern building materials.According to regional construction culture research ideas,safety and standard construction technology based on the new residential region,the main demand of the modern transformation to new residential development,enhance the understanding of the new residential construction,the contradiction between links.Through the sampling survey of new residential area of Xi’an country,using the comparative analysis method,the construction technology is the key technical problems and the analysis,the feasible construction materials and technology based on the condition,starting from the construction,try to put forward a regional adaptability technology strategy for the new residence.Through the construction and demonstration research,the local traditional architecture design and promotion,living situation,suburban rural residents will improve the industrial structure,the level of modern culture,and the protection and inheritance of regional culture.In particular,for the urban population living in high-density urban space,engaged in high-intensity work,to provide a good platform for leisure travel;but also for the villagers living in the suburbs of the city to bring good economic income.To promote the integration of urban and rural areas,to build a beautiful countryside,and to improve the ecological,cultural,residential and infrastructure aspects of the suburbs.In this paper,the actual research on the local building construction mode of literature research and practice based on the status quo of the vernacular architecture,for the development of this background in Xi’an city and countryside village,model design,to explore the method of local building construction for the.With the opportunities and challenges brought by the geographical characteristics of Xi’an and the Xi’an country economic development industry,exploration of construction mode and construction system for the sustainable development of appropriate,and a reference and guidance to face the same problem and environment of rural construction.And finally through the local construction of Xi’an city Lintong district this Ma Xie Cun village exploration practice shows.
