| Hebei province is a big steel province and the promotion of steel structure in Hebei province is not only an effective way to reduce the capacity of steel industry,but also the way to realize the green development of the construction industry.Therefore,the development of steel structure house in Hebei province becomes an effective way to solve the problem.This paper analyzes the present situation of steel structure at home and abroad and the development of steel structure housing in Hebei province,which is proposed to provide a reference for the promotion and application of the industrialization of steel structure housing in Hebei province.Compared with the traditional structure,the structure of high-rise steel framesupport-shear wall structure and the structure of high-level profile columns were compared and discussed the overall economic benefits of steel structure housing and traditional building form,for the development of high-rise steel structure housing for reference.Through the analysis of the case analysis of the wall structure housing with the low-rise steel frame,the influencing factors of the high costed of low-rise steel structure were obtained,and new ideas and methods were provided for the development of low-rise steel structure in our province.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were given the difficulties encountered in the study of different types of steel structure residential promotion.Through analysis,the overall cost of steel structure housing is high.According to statistics,the structure of steel shear wall is 300~400 yuan per square meter.There are reasons for the steel structure system itself and the insufficient industrialization scale.Through the reform of the supply side,the reasonable distribution of production capacity can be realized and the research and development model of the technology system is actively carried out,and the enterprise standard is set up and the local standard is standardized. |
