Investigation Report Of Establishment Assembly Configuration Center To Address Outfitting Part Supply Problem

Modern shipbuilding mode main features are manufacturing is continuously organized by directed by interim production and parted channels product model,ordered in time,integrated in design,manufacturing and management and so on.Modern shipbuilding mode became welcome in shipbuilding because which can shorten the manufacturing cycle,save the cost,and enlarge the shipbuilding volume.Therefore,the integrity of interim production became imperative important to establish the modern shipbuilding.Taking certain shipbuilding as an example,the problems in material distribution,such as out-of-time,imperfection and inaccurate have been investigated.Further,the factors to listed problems have been classified and studied at the same time to find out the process reasons.Measures to solve listed problems above,including establishment of distribution management center,due to the application of pallet management,the rules and responsibility for each department,digital platform,and so on,have been carried out based on the principle that to ensure the material distribute just-in-time,just-in-space,and just-in-materials.The operation of newly distribution process have been investigated and reported that the efficiency of material distribution is improved,the stock decreased and the cost reduced obviously.The success of integrity of material distribution shows that the shipbuilding strides forward in establishment in modern shipbuilding mode.
