Study On The Competitiveness Of Ningbo Zhoushan Port Based On Factor Analysis

The port is the hub and assembly point of water and land transportation,serving the circulation of goods,goods and resources around the world.With the accelerating process of global economic and trade integration,the port is increasingly prominent in China's economy and society and is increasingly receiving port cities.At the same time,the intensity of competition among the ports is increasing day by day.Each port city has developed a strategy to improve the competitiveness of the port in order to stand out in the future.Ningbo Zhoushan Port is one of the few excellent deep-water ports in the world.Its port water depth conditions are rare in the world,and its navigation conditions are very advantageous.It is also the port with the most frequent parking of large ships of100,000 tons or above in China.It is the main hub in China.port.Therefore,this paper takes the competitiveness of Zhoushan Port in Ningbo as the main research object,and uses the system perspective and the overall methodology.Firstly,it studies and analyzes the factors affecting port competitiveness and port competitiveness evaluation methods and systems.Secondly,it constructs the system index of port evaluation competitiveness.Finally,it uses factor analysis method and SPSS24.0software to take Ningbo Zhoushan Port.Competitiveness is the main research object,respectively,with Shanghai Port,Dalian Port,Guangzhou Port,Tianjin Port,Qingdao Port,Yantai Port,Yingkou Port,Rizhao Port,Lianyungang Port,Shantou Port,Zhanjiang Port,Shenzhen Port,Fangcheng Port,Jiaxing Port.The competitiveness of15 ports,such as Wenzhou Port,is compared horizontally,and the final relevant conclusions are drawn,and practical and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the problems in the analysis process.
