Research On Hinterland Analysis And Development Strategy Of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the continuous development of China's economy,ports,as important transportation hubs,are playing an increasingly prominent strategic role in economic development.Port is the link between the region and foreign trade.The development of port will promote the development of hinterland economy and create conditions for the development of hinterland economy.At the same time,the hinterland economic transport network system,the development of science and technology and other conditions for the development of the port industry to provide a sound transport,adequate funds and scientific and technological support,so as to promote the development of the port economy.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the influence of hinterland economy on port development,and explores the factors that influence port development.Ningbo-Zhoushan port is a super port which has achieved "ten consecutive titles" in the global port ranking.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the relationship between Ningbo-Zhoushan port and hinterland economy.This paper firstly studies the distribution of the hinterland which has the closest economic connection with Ningbo-Zhoushan port through the grey relational degree method.According to the actual situation of these hinterlands,it is concluded that the hinterland which has the closest relationship with Ningbo-Zhoushan port is Zhejiang province.To find the main factors affecting port development and establish the corresponding index system,through the impulse response analysis,discuss the influences of various factors on the development of Ningbo-Zhoushan port,and then combined with the empirical analysis results show that the influence the main factors that influence the development of Ningbo-Zhoushan port is the import and export trade,freight turnover,gross industrial output value,and the whole society total investment in fixed assets.Finally,according to the above summary of hinterland economy in promoting the development of port problems and put forward the development of Ningbo-Zhoushan port countermeasures and suggestions:First,promote the process of regional economic integration,consolidate and expand the port economic hinterland;Second,accelerate the industrial agglomeration in the harbor and strengthen thecooperation between the harbor and the harbor industries.Third,improve the transport system,and speed up the construction of ports and economic hinterland distribution system;Fourth,accelerate the development of port logistics,optimize the port soft environment.
