| With the development of economy and international trade,the demand for shipping in China has gradually increased.Due to the high emission and high consumption characteristics of the port,the ecological environment of the port is becoming more and more serious,the construction of green ports is imminent.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to be solved to achieve a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the green development level of China’s ports.This thesis takes Ningbo Zhoushan Port as the research object and evaluates its green development level.Firstly,DPSIR is used to construct a relatively comprehensive evaluation index,on the basis of analyzing the situation,practice and limitations of port green development.The combination of coefficient of variation and multi-collinearity test is used to screen the indicators and obtain the motivations-stress-system-impact-response to five aspects of the evaluation indicator system.Secondly,the evaluation model of green port development based on matter-element extension is constructed,and the weight of each layer is assigned by AHP-entropy weight method.Finally,the five-year raw data of Zhoushan Port in Ningbo is taken as an example to evaluate the development level of green ports.It is concluded that the evaluation level of green development of Ningbo Zhoushan Port in 2018 is two level.Analyze and evaluate the results,the port should promote energy conservation and emission reduction,improve the port supervision and management and evaluation system for the key indicators in development.And address the port backwardness indicators,the port should increase the investment in port energy conservation and environmental protection,and improve container throughput,then strengthen the sea-rail combined transport.The research in this thesis constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system,and provides suggestions and improvement measures for the green development of Ningbo Zhoushan Port.and it also provides a more comprehensive evaluation basis for the construction of China’s green ports,which has important practical significance for promoting the construction and development of China’s green ports. |
