The Study On Logistics Efficiency Of Ningbo Zhoushan Port Based On Network DEA

With the continuous deepening of economic integration and international trade,the status and role of ports have become increasingly prominent.At the same time,there may be some problems in the rapid development of port logistics,which will affect the healthy development of port logistics.Therefore,the study and analysis of port logistics efficiency has certain reference and guidance role in the optimization of enterprise management.After understanding relevant research by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper first selects relatively accurate evaluation indicators that are representative and establishes a relevant evaluation index system.The number of berths,the length of the terminal,and the number of 10,000-ton berths are selected as input indicators.Port cargo Throughput and container throughput are used as intermediate indicators,and operating income and net profit are indicators of output.Secondly,the port logistics status of Ningbo Zhoushan Port is analyzed from the perspective of the four subsystems of ship navigation,loading and unloading operations,storage operations and gathering and transportation,and the network DEA model is used to carry out two stages of port logistics in Ningbo Zhoushan Port from2010 to 2019.In the end,the results of the two-stage efficiency of port logistics in Zhoushan Port of Ningbo are connected in series,and the overall efficiency of the port logistics system is analyzed.The output of the model shows that the overall efficiency in2010-2019 is between 0.6-1,indicating that the port efficiency is more effective;the overall pure technical efficiency of the port between 2010 and 2012 is 1,but the scale efficiency has not reached 1.At the same time,scale efficiency is an upward trend,which indicates that the development scale of the port is expanding year by year;in 2019,the overall efficiency value of the port logistics system of Ningbo Zhoushan Port has reached 1,indicating that the port logistics system has reached DEA effectiveness at this timeand is in a relatively optimal state of input and output.Through the analysis and evaluation in this study,it is shown that the improvement of port logistics efficiency can not be separated from pure technical efficiency,that is logistics technology and management mode and scale efficiency,that is the utilization ofport resources,so we should not only pay attention to the improvement of port logistics pure technical efficiency,but also to the improvement of scale efficiency.
