Research On The Determination Of Floor Area Ratio In Residential Areas Of Small Cities

With the rapid development of urbanization,the urban spatial development pattern and the production and lifestyle of residents are constantly improving and improving.In order to achieve effective management and sustainable development,avoid the emergence of some urban problems,and strictly enforce urban construction and development activities.The control of indicators is a necessary means.The control of the floor area ratio index in the control index is the most important one.The floor area ratio plays a positive role in regulating the utilization of land resources,the development intensity control,and the effective utilization rate of resources in urban development.However,there are many methods for controlling the volume ratio index.How to choose a scientific and reasonable calculation method for a certain type of land lacks systematic standards.Therefore,the main direction of this paper is to analyze and analyze the method of determining the floor area ratio of residential areas in small cities,and to conduct targeted research on the control ratio of floor area index in small urban residential areas,through comprehensive analysis of social,economic and environmental impacts,factors to determine its method of measurement and empirical research.This paper takes Tongcheng County,Hubei Province,as an empirical case,and finds and solves problems as a guide.It analyzes the problems existing in urban development in recent years,especially the problems and influencing factors in the construction of urban residential areas.And actively explore and propose effective management and control strategies.Firstly,it analyzes and summarizes the development background of residential areas in small cities,and summarizes the research methods of volume ratio related research and indicators at home and abroad,and enriches the current measurement methods by absorbing the experience and techniques of predecessors.At the same time,the current analysis of the method of determining the floor area ratio is carried out,so as to provide empirical support for the subsequent research and analysis of the article,and to fully analyze the influencing factors of the residential areas in small cities,and then match the corresponding measurement standards.During the period,the AHP method and other index selection methods are used to select important influence factors to calculate the volume-rate ratio range under social,economic and environmental influence factors,and then to analyze the reasonable value-volume rate indicator interval to achieve its scientific rationality.It is expected to provide some assistance for the rational management of small cities in the same level.
