| Cultural commercial district is an important part of high-quality public space in a city,and it also reflects the vitality and image of the city.Recently,in the cultural and commercial districts,a large number of Second Streetscape Contours(External additions to building facades and street exterior additions)such as rain canopy,cargo platform,side signs,lanterns and so on,have blocked the facade of buildings and destroyed the street Streetscape.Under this background,How to Protect and Optimize the Street Streetscape of Cultural Commercial Blocks and practical guiding significance.In order to get the correlation between the Second Streetscape Contour of traditional cultural blocks and visual behavior,this paper firstly chooses the traditional cultural blocks of Huizhou-Tunxi Ancient Street as the research object,and carries out visual quantitative analysis of the Second Streetscape Contour of blocks through Eye Movement Experiment research methods and questionnaire survey.In addition,the update,transform and develop of new cultural blocks based on traditional cultural blocks are becoming more and more common,therefore This paper further selected Liyang in Lane,a new-type cultural block in Huizhou,to conduct visual and psychological quantitative research on the blocks through Eye Movement Experiment and SD Methods.At the beginning of the study,after investigating the attributes and colours of Street Scenery Profiles of Tunxi Ancient Street and Liyang in Lane,the researcher concluded four main Second Streetscape Contour of Tunxi Ancient Street,lateral signboards,rain canopy,cargo platform,lanterns,and eight Second Streetscape Contour of Liyang in Lane,lateral signboards,rain canopy,cargo platform,decorative lights,water body,green planting,outdoor seats and sales.Selling cars.It is also found that there are some differences in color between the Street Scenery Profiles of the two blocks.Based the previous pape,Eye Movement Experiment were carried out on the Second Streetscape Contour of Tunxi Ancient Street.It was found that the visual attraction of side signs,lanterns,awnings,cargo tables and people decreased in turn.Combining the results of the questionnaire of coincidence between the Second Streetscape Contour and the style of the block,the researchers classified the lateral signs and lanterns as elevating elements,the awning as the urgently needed improvement element,and thecargo table as the optimization element without priority.Then the Eye Movement Experiment was carried out in Liyang in Lane.The total gaze time,the number of gaze points and the sample’s eye jump were analyzed and evaluated by SD method.It is found that the green plants in the Second Streetscape Contour play a key role in improving the visual attraction and spatial quality of Liyang in Lane.Water,side signs,decorative lights and sales cars have strong visual attraction and improve the quality of the block,while the visual attraction of cargo tables and awnings is relatively weak.Finally,after analyzing the differences between the two blocks,the researcher puts forward different optimization suggestions to extend the enlightenment to the development and construction of modern commercial and cultural blocks: that is,the combination of top-down planning and design and bottom-up adaptive business behavior,and the development mode from single mode to combination of protection,transplantation and innovation. |
