With the development of the economy and the improvement of people’s quality of life,people’s aesthetic level is also constantly improving,but inconsistent with it,the packaging of the low-end part of the market is relatively simple and crude.Most people’s first cognition and impression of a product comes from the packaging of the product,so the packaging has an important and unique role in the brand image,price positioning,and population acquisition of the product,and it has a huge impact,so it will be packaged.It is very necessary for the product to be equipped with a targeted design that conforms to product positioning and user portraits.How to make a packaging design that highlights the brand image,reflects the product positioning,and is loved by everyone is a problem worth studying.The state advocates vigorously developing and upgrading cultural soft power,and all sectors of society are paying more and more attention to the protection,inheritance and development of culture in their respective fields.This article is based on Wuchang’s regional culture and the research on Wuchang rice packaging design.The rice produced by different regions is different.Rice is an important output of land and a product of various environmental factors in a region.Then the culture of this region is bound to have various environmental factors.Therefore,the regional culture is the sublimation of the regional environment,and the use of regional culture to reflect the products of the region is the best interpretation of the product of rice.Entrusted by Huiguang Agricultural Group,it designed the brand image and serialized product packaging for the Wuchang rice brand under the Huiguang Agricultural Group,“Xiaodaoli”.In the first chapter,the research background of the packaging of Wuchang rice and the status quo at home and abroad as well as the purpose and significance of this research are mentioned.The second chapter is to deeply understand and analyze the regional culture of Wuchang,and enumerate the current application of regional elements to various brand packaging design cases.The main content of Chapter 3 ishow to fully apply the regional cultural elements to the packaging design,select localregional cultural symbols,cultural elements,representative regional colors,and use them effectively and reasonably.Chapter 4 combines the elements of regional culture with the packaging design of “Xiaodaoli” Wuchang Rice,the design of the logo image,the graphic renderings and the packaging renderings.Fully combining the modern people’s aesthetic and product design trends,the packaging design incorporates a strong cultural identity of the Wuchang region.While enhancing the product image recognition,it also promotes the distinctive regional culture and makes the product concept better.Spread the effect.Chapter 5 focuses on the problems encountered during the project and the resumption and review of the entire project process.Through the research in this paper,it will provide valuable reference and reference for the packaging design of similar products and the product packaging design of the same concept.
