Since the 21 st century, people have been exploiting more and more resources and energy with the rapid development of the global economy, which has brought a very serious phenomenon of ecological environment destruction and energy facing the crisis of exhaustion. All walks of life have paid more attention to the study of green ecology, and the construction industry is no exception.China's urbanization construction makes the construction industry activities frequent, and the energy consumption of the construction industry is very huge,so it is imperative to accelerate the upgrading and transformation of the construction industry and develop towards the direction of green ecology.China's construction and environmental protection departments have formulated and issued a series of construction standards and regulations in recent years,in which green building evaluation plays a vital role.Green building evaluation is a standard to ensure the quality of green buildings, and a yardstick to measure the green degree of buildings. However, the green building evaluation standards issued by government departments are concentrated in the design stage, and grade according to the number of evaluation objects meeting the evaluation index. This method does not reflect the importance of each index, nor does it conform to the principle of life cycle evaluation of the project. The evaluation process relies on many drawings and data, which is difficult to collect, complex to calculate and consumes a large number of human resources. The evaluation results lack specific suggestions for the improvement of green buildings. With the development of building informationization,BIM technology has realized the visualization and Simulation of the whole life cycle of the building. At the same time,BIM technology has powerful data processing ability, which can quickly calculate, analyze and output the results. At present, the research of BIM technology in design and construction has made great progress and has been applied, but through the combination of BIM technology, the visualization and simulation evaluation of green buildings is very few.Under the background that the whole construction industry is developing towards information transformation, this study has certain theoretical value and practical application value. The main purpose of this paper is to establish an objective and comprehensive evaluation model, sort out a perfect evaluation system, and summarize a set of scientific evaluation methods to improve the current situation of green building evaluation.Firstly, the paper combs the relevant literature and information at home and abroad, introduces the related theories of green building and BIM technology, and chooses the six most widely used green building standards in the world for analysis and comparison, which provides some basic reference for the further improvement of green building standards in China in the future.Through the above research, the paper establishes a green building evaluation framework. The analysis and evaluation of these six plates can be obtained by BIM software simulation. This paper chooses the evaluation of green building energy conservation as an example to study. Then, through the study of BIM technology, the paper puts forward the evaluation process of energy-saving effect of green building based on BIM.The Revit model is analyzed by Green Building Swell software.According to the analysis results,a comprehensive evaluation index system is established, and then the evaluation results are calculated by grey evaluation method. Finally, the application of the evaluation model is validated by a building example. The evaluation results are objective and comprehensive, and have guiding significance for improvement. Thus, the reliability and feasibility of the green building evaluation system based on BIM technology are illustrated.
