In the 21 st century,the general aviation industry has ushered in a bright prospective market.The light aircraft is common,and its safety,efficiency and comfortable environment should be emphasized.The purpose of this paper is that to improve the pilot's driving comfort and to reduce misoperation.Investigating the pilot's emotional appeal in the design process of the light aircraft cockpit display and control interface.In the framework of Kansei engineering,this paper puts forward a research method for the design on the visual and control interface of light aircraft.Firstly,use the semantic difference method and the quantitative theory to quantify the pilot's emotional appeal and establish the correlation between the pilot's emotional appeal and design elements.At the same time,use eye tracking to measure the pilot's eye movement characteristics and the attention distribution under the different flight stages.Then according to the research results,output design of visual and control interface of light aircraft cockpit.Finally,finish the design evaluation.The results of this paper show the rationality and inclusiveness of Kansei engineering in the field of visual and control interface of light aircraft cockpit.The innovation point is introduced the new design ideas for thevisual and control interface of light aircraft cockpit.During the design process,the scientific and objective design can be effectively improved,the design level is improved,and the user experience of the aircraft pilot is optimized.
