As an important part of project management,bidding activities are directly related to the smooth development of construction projects and have been highly valued.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,electronic bidding as a new model arises at the historic moment,the main parties actively use the network media to improve the bidding process,and achieve the purpose of low cost,high efficiency and high resource saving.Especially in the outbreak of the epidemic,the development of electronic bidding appears to be crucial,it can protect the safety of people on the basis of the security of the online operation of bidding activities,for the construction project bidding brought convenience.However,the application of electronic bidding is still not mature,there are many risks,threatening the interests of the relevant subjects,so it is necessary to study the risk factors affecting the electronic bidding of construction projects.This paper first introduces the exploration and application of electronic bidding and risk management at home and abroad.Then based on the related theory research,using the method of flow chart to electronic bidding of construction project at various stages of risk events,which can identify the combination of expert interview method to identify the risk factors in summary,it is concluded that environmental risk,technology risk,management risk,economic risk and unpredictable risks are the five types of risk factors that affect the electronic bidding of construction project.Next,according to the identified risk factors,the risk evaluation index system of electronic bidding for construction projects is constructed,the risk evaluation model is established by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the weight of each risk index is calculated,according to the calculation results,the risk factors that have important influence on the electronic bidding for construction projects are obtained.Finally,the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of each risk factor through empirical analysis,and puts forward corresponding risk countermeasures according to the evaluation results,so as to ensure the smooth operation of electronic bidding activities for construction projects.
