Study On The Hangzhou Park Green Space For Aged Based On Post Occupancy Evaluation

Under the background of the aggravation of the aging problem in the whole country,the aging in Hangzhou presents the characteristics of rapid development and obvious trend.The concept of healing garden has confirmed the health benefits of green space to human beings.Therefore,it is of practical significance to enhance the utilization rate of green space for the elderly and bring the health benefits of green space to human beings.This paper mainly studies the park green space near the residential area in Hangzhou area based on post occupancy evaluation.The following two aspects are mainly adopted: one is to observe the behavior characteristics and usage of the elderly in the park by choosing work day and rest day in four seasons of a year with the help of behavioral observation method;the other is to supplement the questionnaire interviews to understand the spatial usage and spatial preferences of the elderly.Then on the basis of the research,combined with the physiological and psychological characteristics and needs of the elderly,to summarize the design principles of the park for aging.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the peak time of Park activities was in the morning and evening,with the dynamic activities of traffic,recreation and recreation,mainly concentrated in the road and square space;From the forenoon to the afternoon,leisure and traffic activities were the dominant activities,mainly concentrated in lawn,waterfront and courtyard space.Semi-open square with better accessibility is conducive to the development of sports activities for the elderly;square with good accessibility and sufficient activity area is conducive to the development of recreational activities;square with good accessibility and complete recreational facilities is conducive to the development of leisure activities.(2)the park users are mainly elderly people from neighboring communities who can exercise independently,and most of them are women.The duration of the activities is more than half an hour,and the contents of the activities tend to be recreational and recreational activities.In the park environment,the elderly prefer an open and natural environment.In space enclosure,preference is given to three-sided enclosure space,limited but no obvious enclosure space and fully open space;in function,elderly prefer to walking space,followed by recreation and ornamental space,fitness space and communication space;in type,preference is given to landscape architecture space,lawn space and undergrowth space.Rich plant color,accessible bathroom,plant fragrance,grassland and structure can most attract the elderly to the park;the main factors hindering the activities of the elderly are too hot,rain,lack of toilets,unsafe environment,lack of seats and other factors.
