Parametric Design And Application Of Cold Chain Logistics Warehouse Layout

Cold chain logistics refers to a system engineering that keeps the cold storage of frozen foods in the production, storage, sale, to the consumption of each link in low temperature environment to ensure the food quality and reduce loss of food. Cold chain logistics warehouse is a main place of cold chain logistics operation in the process of food storage and processing, the layout of the process has a great influence on logistics costs. Cold chain logistics warehouse layout refers to in the plane way show the space layout and arrangement of cold chain logistics warehouse. In this article, according to the characteristics of cold chain logistics warehouse layout, we take advantage of a design method based on parameterized module.In this article, based on a design example of cold chain logistics centre, we have studied the mode of cold chain logistics warehouse layout method. The main work summarized as follows:At first, this article for cold chain logistics warehouse layout to post as the main structure characteristics, the characteristics of the local rules of plane figure is, according to the different parameters of warehouse plane layout design of the three basic racks. Secondly, the paper puts forward a callable based parameterized module for cold chain logistics warehouse layout design, the method of plane to warehouse after modular decomposition, called parameterized unit for parametric modification and deformation, combination form the shelf layout again, achieve the purpose of reduce the graphics workload and improve the mapping accuracy. Thirdly, in a design instance of cold-chain logistics center warehouse layout parametric design method for the practical application, and finally have reference values to design results are obtained.This article applies parameterized module of parameterization and modularization thought to cold chain logistics warehouse shelves in the design of plane layout, through to an application example and its feasibility was verified for warehouse layout provides a reference of design method, also for the future of various types of 2 d graphic drawing and 3 d design provides the development train of thought.
