Study On Test Methods Of Key Paramenters Of Asphalt Mixing Plants

Asphalt mixing plant is one of the most critical equipment in highway construction,its performance directly affects the construction quality,energy consumption level and environmental emission of asphalt pavement.It is especially important to determine the performance of the asphalt mixing plant through tests and to improve its performance and rational use of the equipment.But the domestic research on the parameters test method of asphalt mixing plant is rarely and only limited to the standard,and the test method specified in the standard needs to be further improved.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the key parameters test method of asphalt mixing plant.In this paper,the working principle of asphalt mixing plant and the working principle of each assembly are analyzed.Study the effects of cold aggregate moisture content,hot aggregate temperature,aggregate grading and other parameters on performance parameters such as fuel consumption rate and productivity of asphalt mixing plant.The results show that when the moisture content of cold aggregate is reduced by 1%,the fuel consumption rate decreases by 10% and the productivity increases by 15%,and propose corresponding improvement measures.By comparing the standard operating mode specified by the asphalt mixing plant test at home and abroad,the parameters such as the average moisture content of the cold aggregate,the hot aggregate temperature and the aggregate grading are taken as the research object,and the theoretical analysis method is combined with the domestic research.At present,the standard operating mode used in the existing tests were modified,and the standard operating mode suitable for the domestic asphalt mixing plant test were proposed.Based on the existing test methods of asphalt mixing plant,the deficiencies of the key parameters of asphalt mixing plant such as hot aggregate temperature,fuel consumption rate and productivity were analyzed from the aspects of test instruments and methods.According to the test data and mathematical statistics,etc,the test method was improved,and the uncertainty of the test process was analyzed to prove the feasibility and correctness of the proposed test method.
