In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society,people's consumption concept is constantly improving.People's demand of traditional agricultural products and cold food consumption increased year by year,the quality requirements of fresh products are also getting higher and higher.Due to the late development of China's cold chain technology,immature technology,the imperfect cold chain system,the loss of fresh and agricultural products in the transportation process is huge every year.So the real-time monitoring and management is very important for cold chain logistics industry,and the current most of China's small and medium-sized enterprises monitoring methods are more primitive,often caused by food safety issues,has been unable to meet the current social development.This paper introduces the development status of cold chain logistics monitoring at home and abroad and the related technology including GPS satellite positioning technology,wireless communication technology and remote sensing technology,a kind of these technologies in the design of real-time monitoring system for small and medium cold chain logistics enterprises.The system consists of two parts: vehicle terminal and monitoring center.The vehicle terminal is to collect the relevant information of the goods on the logistics vehicle,and transmit the data to the monitoring center through the communication network.The hardware design of the vehicle terminal is designed with STM32 as the core,the GPS positioning module,GPRS communication module and RFID wireless temperature and humidity module and STM32 interface circuit are designed.After the completion of the hardware,the design of the vehicle terminal software is starting.The software design uses STM32 as the main control unit,temperature and humidity to RFID wireless module to send commands to read inside the air temperature and humidity;the GPS module receives from the satellite positioning data and analysis of these data;single chip STM32 package,and then use the GPRS module to the monitoring center;as to the purpose of monitoring vehicle.The monitoring center consists of three parts: the host computer,the SQL server database and the monitoring system.The host computer receives the software to use the Java language development,the monitoring technology uses the socket technology.After receiving the data packet sent by GPRS,it is stored in the database.Monitoring system in the form of Web site,the data will be updated in real time on the web page.Monitoring system by calling the Baidu map,embedded in the web page,the customer can be real-time on the site to see the location of the vehicle,the trajectory and the temperature and humidity information.After the experiment,the system can meet the design requirements,and can monitor the status of the goods and the position information of the vehicle in real time.
