Research On The Design Of Day Service Center For Elderly Based On Behavior Characteristics

Since 2008,the community elderly day care center has gradually developed in various cities in China.By 2019,88 elderly day care centers have been built in Shenzhen.After the stage of a lot of construction,what is the development status of the Day service center in Shenzhen? Has the professionalism and relevance of pensions improved? Is it suitable for the elderly? How to use space design and layout to solve those problems? This is the starting point of this article and the purpose of the research.The main researching content of this paper is composed by three parts.The first part,shows the current situation and problems of the development of the day care center for the elderly in Shenzhen.The most prominent problem is that the elderly day care center have sole function,and they have less Professionalism and pertinence.In the second part,an in-depth investigation and study of the Shenzhen Elderly Day Care Center was conducted.The survey included the characteristics of the elderly's behavioral characteristics and the use of space by the elderly.The recorded data is used to further analyze the special needs of the elderly for the space of the day care center.The third part is the core part of the thesis.According to the perspective of the behavior characteristics of the elderly,the functional space design and spatial layout mode of the elderly day care center are discussed.Then,using the design method proposed in the previous section,the Shenzhen Meijing Community Day Care Center was reconstructed and designed to help the elderly with cognitive dysfunction and life unable to take care of themselves.In conclusion,the paper sums up the above and looks into future.Based on these research results,this paper try to provide some methods for the construction of Shenzhen elderly day care center.
