In power distribution lines running process,failure is inevitable.In the early days,manual inspection method was used to locate the power distribution line,which not only wasted a lot of manpower and material resources,and grounding fault location was difficult and time-consuming.Therefore,the demand for the on-line monitoring system with high ground fault location accuracy of power supply companies at all levels in China is urgent.And the system works by installing a large number of monitoring equipment on the distribution line.So the progress and cost management of monitoring equipment installation project show importance.The main content of this thesis is on the schedule and cost management of the installation programs of H company distribution line monitoring equipment.First of all,the thesis introduces the importance of on-line monitoring system of distribution line in distribution network planning and the fault location system,also the related theory of project management and the research situation of earned value method internal and external.This thesis analyzes the characteristics of H company distribution circuit monitoring equipment installation project and the work process,and according to these characteristics,a new seven steps program schedule and cost monitoring process was established on the two-level earned value method.The new process is applied to the on-line monitoring equipment installation project management in Z province,and the project schedule and cost are integrated and monitored.Compared with the project schedule and cost data without using the new management process,the new management process on the schedule and cost monitoring of the programs is more effective.The new management process,which is suitable for distribution network monitoring equipment installation project schedule and cost integrated management,has a positive impact of the project schedule and cost performance improvement,and it also has certain reference value for the management of similar projects in electric power and other industries.
