Evaluation Study Of Water Resources Coupling Coordination In Zhengzhou City Based On The Economic Development Supporting Capacity

Water resources is the foundation to the survival of all creatures on earth,is also a very important guarantee to the development and progress of human civilization.Zhengzhou is the capital city of Henan province,it has important theoretical and practical significance for the study of coupling relationship between social economy development and water resources exploitation and utilization.This study selects Zhengzhou as the research area,to carry out the research with 2002-2013 annual data for Zhengzhou city economic development and water resources exploitation and utilization.According to the index of water resource natural endowment condition for the economic development,division of Zhengzhou city's water support ability to support the concrete economic development level.Exploring and evaluating the coupling coordination between economic development and water resources explorer and utilization in Zhengzhou city,which is on the basis of water support ability.This study aims at Zhengzhou city's "water environment and economic development" system coupling for empirical analysis,with sustainable development as the guiding ideology,using the entropy weight method,the methods such as analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the coupling model during the process of research.Through exploring the influence factors of the coupling evolution,hoping to provide resources regulation and scientific reference of the sustainable development for Zhengzhou city and many cities in midwest provinces like it.The main conclusions include:(1)There are seven problems during the process of economic development in Zhengzhou city form 2002 to 2013,such as lack of water resources,there is the obvious contradiction between supply and demand of water resources development and utilization;water resource distribution is not balanced;frequent inundation and drought;congenital disadvantage of seawater desalination;the water pollution of river basin is not allow to ignore;Water resources allocation structure is not reasonable.(2)The water resources endowment condition'sability of Zhengzhou to support economic development in 2003 in the "bad" level,in other years,supporting ability are "worst" level.(3)Study of Zhengzhou "economy-water environment" system coupling coordination,from 2002 to 2013,regional economic development and water environment system of Zhengzhou city show coupling state,can be divided into running-in stages.System coupling coordination state transitions from low coordinate symbiosis to coordinated development,the coupling coordination are promotion and restriction between the economic development and regional water environment.Finally,this paper put forward the implementation of Zhengzhou regional economy and water resources environment coordinated development corresponding suggestions and opinions.
