The configuration of automatic test equipment(ATE)for weapon equipment is an effective means to ensure its normal use.Due to the wide variety,large size and high cost of ATE,it has already had a significant negative impact on the application of weapons and equipment.Achieving the miniaturization and generalization of ATE and improving its testing efficiency are the goals pursued.ATE's instrument resources(IS)is the core component of the test.The combination of various modular instruments currently used to construct instrument resources is one of the important factors that make ATE difficult to miniaturize and low cost.ATE's Test Interface Adapter(ITA)further increases the scale of ATE.This paper develops an integrated instrument resource module,which can effectively reduce the volume of instrument resources and reduce costs.By expanding the range of instrument resources,the number of(ITA)can be further reduced,effectively solving the problem of ATE miniaturization,generalization and low cost.This topic analyzes the test resource requirements of multiple types of ATE in multiple units,and considers the provision of reasonable capacity margin for future applications.It is proposed to integrate analog signal measurement,analog signal generation,digital signal measurement,and communication signal on a single circuit board.Development requirements for channels,expansion interfaces,and embedded test computers.In terms of architecture,this paper uses FPGA with embedded CPU to build reconfigurable architecture,cooperate with QSPI Flash,DDR3 SDRAM circuit as test computer,and use internal bus to control instrument resources,which makes the system have strong versatility and openness.Effectively improve system integration.In terms of hardware,this paper develops 8 wide-range AD(range ±40V,sampling rate 100K/s,accuracy 0.1%),8-channel high-speed AD(range ±10V,sampling rate 2M/s,accuracy 0.5%),4-channel DA(output range ±12V,refresh rate 100K/s,drive current 20mA),24-way time intervals measurement,4-way counter,1 Gigabit Ethernet communication interface and 6-way RS422 communication interface,and include integrated instrument resource function module of the extended interface.In terms of software,this paper develops embedded software for controlling integrated instrument resources and remote control,and develops the upper computer soft panel for human interaction during debugging and the driving function for configuring and controlling the integrated instrument resources of this design.Finally,this paper designs a test plan and builds a test system to test and verify the instrument resource module.After testing,the board runs stably,and the functions and performance are completed to meet the design requirements.
