| In recent years,small and medium-sized cities have been developing rapidly and expanding in scale.Therefore,scientific evaluation of the fire safety level of small and medium-sized cities is helpful to find out the weak links in urban fire protection work.Starting from the current situation of the development of small and medium-sized cities in China,this paper collects a large number of fire safety data of small and medium-sized cities and carries out statistical analysis based on the large data of fire prevention and traditional survey methods.A scientific evaluation model is established by using Bayesian network analysis method.The Bayesian network structure is studied by using software GeNIe2.0.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis and study of the evaluation of urban fire safety at home and abroad,the fire safety evaluation methods suitable for small and medium-sized cities are summarized.(2)Through the integrated command platform and fire statistics system of the large fire data platform,the fire data of small and medium-sized cities are collected from the five dimensions,and analyzed in detail,so as to get the present situation of fire safety of small and medium-sized cities in China.(3)Improve the existing urban fire safety evaluation index system,preprocess the original data collected,study and optimize the Bayesian network structure,establish the Bayesian network topology structure,and obtain the fire safety evaluation index system suitable for small and medium-sized cities through parameter learning and reliability reasoning analysis.(4)Taking F County of Guangdong Province as an example,this paper calculates the evaluation index of fire safety by consulting historical data,puts forward countermeasures to improve fire safety. |
