Study On Quality Supervision System Of Qingdao Municipal Administration Water Supply And Drainage Project Construction

Municipal water supply and drainage facilities are part of urban infrastructure.It is the premise of city operation and the foundation of residents' life.It is one of the important symbols to measure the level of modern cities.With the increase of urban population and economic development,the contradiction between water supply and drainage demand and supply has become increasingly prominent.To improve the construction quality of water supply and drainage facilities in an all-round way plays an important role in alleviating the contradiction and it is also an important issue for municipal workers.At the present stage,the quality management process of municipal water supply and drainage project implements the way of Construction unit guarantee.Construction unit control and Supervisory department supervision.As the last pass,quality supervision plays an important role in the construction quality.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a perfect quality supervision system for urban water supply and drainage construction process.This paper expounds the characteristics of municipal water supply and drainage project by using the methods of literature research,case study and quantitative research,and analyses the current situation,problems and causes of the quality supervision system of Qingdao municipal water supply and drainage project.Drawing lessons from foreign engineering quality supervision modes,this paper focuses on the successful experience and shortcomings of water supply and drainage engineering supervision in the main venues of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in Qingdao.Combining with the relevant theories and methods of management and economics,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the quality supervision system of Qingdao municipal water supply and drainage engineering;Drawing lessons from ABC classification,this paper puts forward the mode of classification supervision,and makes quantitativeevaluation of supervision projects;uses strategic analysis theory to analyze before intervention supervision;and uses PDCA cycle to formulate classification supervision work procedure;matrix management method is used to optimize the supervision and management of the establishment of supervision institutions and special projects;Apply the viewpoint of staffing to allocate personnel reasonably within the organization.
