Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Grading Management Of Quality Supervision Of Water Conservancy Projects In Chengdu

As a nonprofit infrastructure project with the porpose of improving people's living quality and guaranteeing people's safety,the quality of water engineering is directly related to people's vital interest.It is currently a good time to develop our water engineering construction comprehensively.Meanwhile,management and control work of water engineering quality is obviously important.Nowadays,the number of basic farmland water engineering grows explosively.For water engineering with great investment and wide distribution,it is clearly not enough to only apply the provincial and municipal regulatory linkage mechanism.Under such a situation,in order to increase the member of water engineering quality supervision and classification management,it is necessarily urgent to establish county-level supervision institutions.Since 2016,water engineering quality supervision station takes the responsibility of supervising relevant water engineering quality independently.In the course of work,the station plays an active role in controlling the quality of basic water engineering while still remaining some problems.Depending on the research status at home and abroad,this paper will survey and analyze the present situation of water engineering supervision lunkage management in Chengdu with scientific theories and methods.At the beginning of this paper,it will give a analysis of two parts which are the profle of water engineering quality supervision mangement and the situation of water engineering supervision linkage management.Then,the paper will figure out problems in the course of water engineering supervision management in Chengdu and dicuss reasons in detail.Finally,it will give some suggestions relatd to problems with the purpose of constructing best-established engineering quality supervision mechanism and improving water engineering quality supervision level.
