Research On Planning Of The Slow Traffic System In Changchun From The Perspective Of Humanism

The implementation of green transportation has become a guarantee for China's environmental and economic development.The slow transportation system is increasingly valued by cities around the world and is an important support for the future development of green traffic development demonstration zone in changchun.At present,changchun is actively promoting rapid rail transit and expressway "double"system construction,motor vehicle in urban transportation and public traffic between the two ways of game highlights,consummating pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure construction direction choice has important guidance for the game.Therefore,changchun urgently needs to accelerate the transformation of urban traffic development mode,promote the integration of urban transportation resources,advocate green travel,and actively promote the construction of slow transportation system.This article takes changchun city slow traffic system as the research object,from the humanistic perspective,analysis of changchun city slow travel characteristics,facilities configuration,travel environment,etc.,in order to through hierarchical system of slow build guide green travel,environmentally friendly,comfortable and healthy pedestrian and bicycle transportation environment.Firstly,the research methods,research ideas and contents of the slow traffic at home and abroad are analyzed,and the whole frame and train of thought are formed.Secondly,from the concept of people-oriented traffic to the design method and operation mode of green traffic and sustainable traffic,the general method of improving road resource utilization is proposed.Combining with the construction method of green road network and healthy city,this paper puts forward the focus of the slow traffic construction.In this paper,the characteristics and spatial requirements of the urban slow transportation system are analyzed,and the planning contents of the general slow transportation system are summarized and sorted.To explore the construction method of safe and efficient traffic environment and the effective way to implement the slow system planning.Again,on system of changchun city traffic slow travel facilities of on-the-spot investigation,analysis of changchun city traffic status and trip characteristics,including the present situation of traffic and the construction of facilities,transportation purpose and frequency,transportation way and the time distribution,etc.,parsing slow traffic in the composition of urban traffic,focus on analyzing the characteristic of slow transportation and related facilities construction and usage,and intend to survey the status quo by slow traffic slow traffic problem be resolved.On the basis of theoretical research and field research,this paper constructs a comprehensive target system and strategic framework for the slow transportation system in changchun city.The construction of the corridor system of the slow traffic system is constructed from two levels of regional and urban level.From lease,bus traffic crossing,traffic,public service cohesion method for the design of slow traffic facilities,and based on system optimization perspective,in detail from the macro development strategy to promote strategy,from slow traffic space to slow travel characteristics of research,and in slow traffic planning and design of the technical methods and evaluation and safeguard measures are proposed,for the development of slow traffic points out the possible development path.
