Study On The Planning Of Slow-traffic System In Hexi Area Of Xiangtan

After entering the industrial society,with the rapid development of urban economy,the automobile industry has been unprecedented prosperity,the emergence of the car has brought great convenience to people's production and living,but as the number of motor vehicles soaring,some urban traffic The problem started to highlight.The conflicts between motor vehicles,pedestrians and urban roads are increasingly intensified.Cities are facing a series of problems such as congestion,noise and air pollution.As a result,academics began to reflect on existing modes of transportation and advocated a green way of traveling.Slow traffic has gradually drawn people's attention because of its greener,more flexible and healthier characteristics.This paper first studies the current problems of the traffic model with motor vehicles as the main body,and realizes that this traffic mode not only brings great hidden danger to traffic safety of urban roads,threatens the safety of pedestrians,But also brought some damage to the city's ecological environment,making urban residents forced to bear the air and noise pollution,and accelerated the energy depletion.Secondly,it analyzes the measures taken by the developed countries in the United States to promote green transportation in the period of rapid expansion of cars,and analyzes the Reddag system,street sharing theory and green transportation theory Conducted a study,summed up and analyzed the respective advantages and disadvantages of the three theories,as well as reference for the development of China's slow-moving system.Then,by investigating the current situation of the Hexi slow-moving system in Xiangtan,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the Hexi regional characteristics,the current situation of the slow-moving system and the characteristics of the residents' slow travel in Xiangtan,and summarizes the existing problems of the current slow-moving system in Hexi.Combined with the theoretical research,we put forward the concept of "green transportation" on the general level to guide and construct the concept of green travel for citizens to develop "public transport + slow traffic",and connect the slow traffic system with other modes of transportation closely.At the same time,it draws lessons from Redback system and street sharing theory to provide theoretical basis and design guidelines for the design of pedestrian system and bicycle system at the level of detail.Finally,based on the current situation of Hexi slow-moving system in Xiangtan,we provide some concrete guidelines for the construction of Hexi slow-moving system from the aspects of building urban slow traffic,bicycle traffic system and pedestrian traffic system,More convenient service to the people,to create a new business card for Xiangtan.
