The reliability and safety of power supply capacity of distribution network are directly related to the development of the country and the happiness of the people.According to relevant investigation,most of the power outages are due to the failure of distribution network,so it has important theoretical research value to ensure the reliability of power supply.The reliability of power supply reflects the power supply and technology level of the power grid,the satisfaction of users,and the management level of power enterprises.It is an important indicator for the establishment of first-class power enterprises and the evaluation of power development.Distribution network is an important part of the power grid,it is responsible for the important task of providing power to urban and rural areas.As a scientific management method to improve the management level and equipment health level of power supply enterprises,power supply reliability management plays an increasingly important role in the safe operation of power system and continuous and reliable power supply.This paper mainly starts from how to improve the reliability of the power supply at the load point of the distribution network,and through the factors affecting the reliability of the rural power grid in Liaoyang County,it is clear that the pre-scheduled power outages,line equipment,and external force failures have the greatest impact on the reliability of the local power grid.By means of trend extrapolation,grey prediction,theoretical evaluation and statistical analysis of equipment reliability data,a comprehensive reliability prediction function was established.Combined with expert forecasting method,the planned value of reliability ratio of rural power supply in Liaoyang County in 2017 was 99.992 %,which is much higher than previous years.value.In order to further improve the power supply reliability of local power grids,this paper puts forward technical improvement methods such as improving the power grid structure,increasing the load capacity,carrying out live operations,adopting high and new technologies,and optimizing reactive power compensation,which are expected to reduce the number of households during power outages to 1037.21.The reliability rate of power supply increased by 1.077 percentage points,and the reconstruction budget was only 25.5 million yuan.Through the analysis of the reliability evaluation results of rural power grid in Liaoyang County,it is found that the ratio of cost-effectiveness to efficiency of adding a 220-k V line to the weak link of the power supply line is only 0.2576.It can be seen that the most reasonable way to improve the topology of the power grid is to build the transmission link for the weak link of the power grid.
