With the rapid development of the economy and society,the contradiction between the water demand of various water sectors and limited water resources has increasingly become prominent.The shortage of water resources has affected the sustainable development of China's economy and society.Based on this,this paper constructs a multi-variable,multi-constrained and multi-objective water resources optimal allocation model.The multi-objective model is a singleobjective model by linear weighting method.Three improved methods are proposed for the position update formula based on the firefly algorithm.In the solution optimization allocation model,taking Yu County of Shanxi Province as an example,the improved firefly algorithm was used to solve the optimal water resource allocation model of Yu County under different guarantee rates.The specific research contents and results are as follows:1.Organize and analyze the basic situation of Yu County.According to the collected data,the basic geography of Yu County,the development of national economy,the status of water resources,the basic situation of water supply and water users in Yu County,and the year of 2015 are selected as the current year.The water supply in the area is analyzed.Problems in the process of resource development and utilization.2.Forecast of supply and demand water in Yu County.According to the detailed water supply source and water demand users,combined with local basic data and relevant development plans,select 2020 and 2030 as the planning year,and predict the water supply and water demand under different guarantee rates at different levels.The parameter determination of the resource optimization configuration model lays the foundation.3.Construction of water resources optimization allocation model and its solution method in Yu County.(1)Construction of water resources optimization configuration modelAccording to the actual situation of Yu County,with the economic,social and environmental benefits as the goal,the water resources optimization allocation model of Yu County was established,the parameters and coefficients involved in the model were analyzed and determined,and the multi-objective model was linearized by weighted method into a single-objective model.(2)Apply improved firefly algorithm to solveIn view of the limitations of the firefly algorithm,three improved methods are proposed.The feasibility and effectiveness of the improved method are tested by Ackley function,Sphere function and Rastrigin function.The best improvement method is selected to solve the water resources optimization configuration model of Yu County.4.Analysis of water resources optimization allocation results in Yu County.The improved firefly algorithm is used to obtain the water resources optimal allocation plan of Yu County under different guarantee rates at different levels,and the water distribution,water shortage degree,configuration target and model adaptability of each department are analyzed.The results show that the water supply and demand in Yu County is basically balanced,and the configuration results are scientific and reasonable.The water resources optimization configuration model based on improved firefly algorithm has strong feasibility and applicability in this area.The research results can provide new ideas for solving complex multi-objective water resources optimization configuration models in Yu County,enriching the application of intelligent optimization methods in this field.
