With decline of the automotive as well as increasingly fierce market competition, automobile spare parts are facing many uncertain factors.Car sales of stagnation,or even decline,it impact the auto parts directly. On the one hand, the overall decline in the automotive industry, forcing companies to reduce the expansion rate;on the other hand, the customer demand is constantly rising,It brings great pressure for the capacity.Therefore,re-evaluation,and optimization the existing production capacity and enhance the overall production capacity, has an extremely important significance.C is a wholly foreign owned company with high requirement of production costs. On the one hand, the customer orders increased sharp and total capacity shortage. On the other hand, the unclear economic tendency in China. There is the risk of economic downturn. Therefore, the management decided not to increase more equipment, but to improvement the existing production line to extend the maximum capacity to fulfill the customer demand.F production line is a semi-automatic production line.It is easy for the operator, loading the parts to the machine and loading some raw material. The most of the process & all the key process is completed by the machine. So the improvement start from the machine process steps.First of all, find the bottleneck by checking the cycle time of each station.Figure out the waste through breakdown the process step of each station by program analysis and image analysis.Secondly,re-define the process procedure of the bottleneck by 5W1 H method and ECRS principle.Reduce the cycle time of the bottle neck station by eliminate the process step, simplify the process step, combine the process step. Then the line balance will be better and increase the maximum capacity.
