Innovative Research On Contract Energy Management Mode Of Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Company From The Perspective Of Supply-side Reform

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for energy in the society has also become larger and larger.Due to the large proportion of coal in China’s energy structure and growth model of the extensive economic,the efficiency of energy use is not high,and energy consumption and pollutant emissions are positively related,which become an important factor affecting the environment.Driven by supply-side structural reforms,grid enterprises,as large state-owned enterprises,must not only assume responsibility for energy production and supply,but also extend services to help users improve energy efficiency,guide the coordinated and orderly development of energy supply and demand,improve the energy mix,and promote sustainable development of society.The adoption of the contract energy management model is the trend of energy conservation transformation by energy use enterprises and energy conservation service companies.This thesis takes the contract energy management mode of Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Company as the starting point from the perspective of supply reform,systematically studies the supply-side structural reform policy and contract energy management mode;through the current energy-saving situation of grid companies,respectively studied the current situation of contract energy management carried out by State Grid and China Southern Power Grid;the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of contract energy management of Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Company are analyzed,and the problems of contract energy management of Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Company are summarized in combination with actual cases.Through the SWOT matrix analysis of the contract energy management of the South China Energy Corporation,it is concluded that the power grid enterprises have certain opportunities to carry out contract energy management under the supply-side structural reform,and the competition in the external market is also facing threats.The shortcomings and problems of the company are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the slowdown of the country’s economic growth rate and the gradual increase of energy-saving enterprises,and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry;the current energy companies are facing huge systems and lack of flexibility;The ability to innovate still needs to be improved;at the same time,it faces the risk of the state supporting the policy changes in the energy-saving service industry and the non-standardization of the standards and systems of the entire energy-saving service industry.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for improving the implementation of contract energy management by Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Company from the perspective of supply-side structural reform: First,to win the government’s support in the energy-saving service industry;Second,to strengthen the construction of professional talents;The identification of electricity;the fourth is to standardize energy-saving service contracts;the fifth is to raise awareness of market competition;the sixth is to strengthen technology and management innovation.The main innovation of this paper is to study the contract energy management mode of power grid enterprises from the perspective of supply-side reform,so that grid enterprises can deepen their understanding of supply-side structural reforms,attach importance to contract energy management,promote the coordinated development of national energy supply and demand sides,and summarize contracts.The management mode of energy management must be innovative in order to adapt to the social development under the new situation.
