Under The Theory Of Organic Renewal Theory Study On Functional Optimization And Integration Design Research Of Urban Sporadic Plot

At present,China's urban development has entered a new stage.Although urban development drives the whole social economy and significantly improves the process of urban construction and urbanization,along with urban development,urban problems such as population expansion,traffic congestion,ecological deterioration and resource shortage become increasingly obvious.The unreasonable layout of urban spatial structure leads to the inefficient use or idling of a large number of land resources in the city,resulting in the generation of scattered plots of passive cities.The emergence of these problems is contrary to the development goal of urban organic renewal,so we need to give more urban functions to sporadic plots to rebuild its vitality,so as to enhance its attraction and cohesion to people.Research of this paper will be of urban organic renewal theory as the breakthrough point,from the perspective of art design cities scattered plots,the negative impact,and points out the cause of formation of trend,introducing city type indirect profit complex scattered plots,tries to optimize integration design research to the building as a place for with the vitality of the sense of belonging,identity,and to realize the scientific and reasonable,intensive and efficient,the purpose of the sustainable development of the organic update.The section contain the five chapters.The first chapter is the intrduction.The second chapter is based on thoretical analysis,and through the analysis of the excellent cases abroad,forms the overall cognition of the urban organic renewal theory and its practice,and obtains the inspiration of the optimization and integration of scattered urban plots.Scattered plots the third part for the urban development present situation and trend,from the concept and features of the scattered plots,in-depth study on the reasons from three aspects,on the negative effects brought by the induction and collation,and comprehensive study and put forward the above city scattered plots optimized integration new perspective,on the basis of urban organic renewal theory,introducing city type indirect profit complex city scattered plot,its good caused by the empty space into a negative experience of active space.The fourth part is the organic design research of urban indirect profitable complex.Firstly,the concept of indirect profit is defined and elaborated from the three main aspects of organic optimization and integration.Through the study of its organic elements,development and characteristics,the relationship between multiple values,design principles and objectives and design methods are summarized.The fifth part takes wuhan Qingdao road area as an example to study the organic application of urban indirect profit complex,analyzes the potential of organic renewal of sporadic plots in Qingdao road area and the selection of elements of organic optimization and integration,and discusses the value of organic renewal through practical design.
