With the rapid development of economy,the application and prospect of project management in the field of entity investment construction is more and more extensive,as a microscopic research field under the direction of building economy,more and more scholars are engaged in the research of project management theory and method,in which earned value,as the intermediate variable of project integration management,is one of the hot topics studied by many scholars.The emergence of earned value firmly combines the schedule and cost control of the project,which makes the earned value method a simple and practical tool in the project management theory.But the project management theory itself is the theory put forward by the United States for the cause of national defense,with the changes of the times and technological progress,the project construction has become more diversified and complicated,the simple application of the earned value method to the construction of urban rail transit projects can not meet the authenticity and reliability required by the current investment construction,For this kind of large-scale government public project with tens of billions of investments,the earned value method needs to be studied in depth in traditional theory in order to meet the requirements of the times and reality.Therefore,this article takes it as the starting point,takes the earned value method in the urban rail transit construction project application as the research object,according to the Urban Rail transit construction project complex,the construction difficulty is high and the environment uncertainty characteristic,under the construction project quality certain assumption,establishes the research framework and expands the traditional earned value method,perfects the following two aspects:Firstly,based on the ability to collect accurate earned value data,through the traditional earned value theory,the Earned value method considering the key path is extended to the urban rail transit construction project to solve the problem that the earned value on the non-critical path affects the project schedule and cost control.Secondly,based on the inability to collect accurate earned value data,this paper combines fuzzy mathematics,traditional earned value theory and critical path earned value idea,and develops the application of fuzzy earned value method in urban rail transit construction projects to solve the problem that traditional earned value method can not carry out schedule and cost control under uncertain conditions.Finally,from the perspective of theory and practice,it is concluded that the critical path earned value method and the fuzzy earned value method can be well applied to schedule control of urban rail transit construction projects,but not to cost control.
